SMS and OTP Policy

1. Service operator
BoffinDNA is a product and brand operated by KALATITMANISHA, an Udyam-registered enterprise owned by Deepak Ruchandani.
2. Development status
BoffinDNA is currently under development. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended or withdrawn during testing.
Do not rely on a development version as the sole repository for important documents.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:

provide information that you reasonably believe is accurate;

upload only material you own or are authorised to use;

avoid uploading another person’s private information without authority;
-
review generated information before confirming or sharing it;
-
keep authentication codes and account access secure; and
-
use the service lawfully.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use BoffinDNA to:

impersonate another person;
-
fabricate qualifications, employment or achievements;
-
submit forged or unlawfully obtained documents;
-
violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
-
distribute malware or interfere with the service;
-
conduct unauthorised surveillance or profiling; or
-
make automated employment decisions contrary to applicable law.
5. Uploaded material
You retain ownership of material you submit.
You give BoffinDNA a limited permission to store, process, reproduce and transform that material only as needed to provide the features you request, maintain security and comply with law.
This permission ends when the material is deleted, subject to reasonable backup periods and legal retention obligations.
6. AI-generated information
Transcripts, summaries, classifications, profile fields and other automated outputs may contain errors.
BoffinDNA does not independently certify:

identity;

document authenticity;
-
educational qualifications;
-
employment history;
-
skill level;
-
professional suitability; or
-
eligibility for a particular job.
7. Employment decisions
BoffinDNA does not promise employment, interviews, candidate selection or a successful match.
Employers and candidates remain responsible for interviews, assessments, verification, background checks and final decisions.
8. Sharing
You are responsible for reviewing a profile before sharing it.
BoffinDNA will aim to exclude restricted information from employer-facing outputs by default, but you should confirm the content and intended recipient before sharing.
9. Availability
We may change, limit or discontinue features to improve the service, protect users, address security concerns or comply with legal requirements.
10. Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, security threats or violations of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
The BoffinDNA name, branding, software, interface and original platform materials belong to KALATITMANISHA or their respective licensors.
These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to users.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoffinDNA is provided without a guarantee that every output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular employment decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
