Sources

A profile may begin with any supported source. A video is useful but is not mandatory.
A user may begin with:

• a résumé or CV;

• copied text;

• a recorded or uploaded video;

• an academic certificate;

• an appointment or promotion letter;

• an experience or appreciation letter; or

• another supported career-related document.

 

Processing

Depending on the source, BoffinDNA may:

• transcribe speech;

• identify the language used;

• extract relevant text;

• identify profile-related statements;

• compare identity information;

• identify conflicts or possible mismatches; and

• prepare suggested profile updates.

 

Identity protection

When a source appears inconsistent with the current profile, BoffinDNA may pause detailed processing.
The user may be asked to confirm whether the difference is a spelling variation, an earlier error, updated information or evidence belonging to another person.

Sources identified as belonging to another person should be rejected or removed.

Review and control

AI-generated information is not automatically final. Users should review important facts before confirming or sharing them.
Sensitive information—including phone numbers, complete dates of birth, compensation and original identity documents—should remain private unless the user gives specific permission for an appropriate purpose.

Outputs

BoffinDNA is intended to produce:

• a human-readable professional profile;

• a shareable PDF;

• structured profile data;

• an evidence and provenance record; and

• future job-specific profile versions.

Availability will depend on the development stage and account configuration.
